It was close to beaches , shops etc

Mostly the host “Chris” was the rudest most unhelpful arrogant man I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would avoid this property no matter how much the cost. It is falsely advertised the sofa was a disgrace filthy the floors appeared to never had a mop over them in fact I cleaned a spot with a cleaning wipe which proved this imagine using soap or bleach 😱 when we arrived the velux windows had been left open and the beds were soaked through even quilts and pillows. This can’t be helped but “Chris boldly told us to strip them as the washing machine as a dry function 🤣🤣 after 2 hours they were still soaking after many messages which he ignored he sent the cleaner around to sort quilts and bedding and she purchased new quilts and pillows. This was acceptable. Whilst sitting waiting we noticed the hot tub was dirty and only one side of jets were working so as a couple with children only one of us at a time could enjoy. There was signage in the hot tub saying “ water change overdue by 8 days” 🤮Chris was rude to us at every point of every message we asked for a refund there was thick mold on shower screen and in amongst all of the bathroom tiles. My husband at 59 is awaiting a double lung transplant and has a terminal diagnosis so I was trying to clean the mold etc but it was too vast a job. “ Chris” stated you can’t have a refund due to the weather and the ants nest(one each side of patio door, which was only window other than velux and he had advised us to keep shut so the bugs didn’t come in) I politely responded “who mentioned the weather?” His response well the weather wet the beds 😱. We went and purchased plates, glasses, cups, bowls and cutlery as we wouldn’t have used a thing it was putrid absolutely filthy. We have booked many accommodations and not all are great but never have we had cause to complain. Had we read previous reviews we would never had booked there. I have photographic evidence of all of these claims.

To be honest, we were very disappointed with the stay and unfortunately did not feel the apartment was presented to an acceptable standard. The property was very dirty on arrival, and there was only one shelf in the fridge which made it difficult to store food properly. The cutlery was also extremely dirty to the point that we had to buy our own in order to eat during our stay. We also experienced major issues with the drainage system. The shower drained very poorly, making it difficult to shower properly, and there was a very unpleasant smell throughout because of this. The hot tub also appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and there was far too much chlorine in the water to the point that it was burning our eyes. In addition, only one full-size towel and one roll of toilet paper were provided for 3 adults, meaning we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves.

We loved the apartment, it was warm and welcoming. Comfortable and everything we needed, it is beautiful, the hot tub was warm and really relaxing, topped with the cat sleeping on top every morning perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

Only issues we needed another cup for tea, and we needed more towels, a hand towel in the bathroom would of been lovely, we also were not sure what to do with the bins but all so minor didnt matter at all

Apartment inside was comfortable and clean and the smart tv was good.

No welcome pack or instructions for the hot tub/property. The outside of the property looks nothing like the pictures. The view from the apartment is dirty and the garden is full of weeds with 3 foot high stinging nettles in the walk way which wasn’t safe for our young children (they got stung by them) and cigarette butts behind the hot tub. The entrance to the property is pretty grim, the driveway is taken up with a half taken apart car next to some big warehouse garage full of a boat and rubbish. You have to drive round the back of garages full of rubbish to get into the property and it’s really underwhelming. You also can’t lock the back gate and it opens on its own with the wind so the garden isn’t safe for young children. There is no plug for the bath, so not ideal when it’s advertised as a family apartment? If we had seen the true outside and entrance to the property we would not have booked it. I tried messaging the host about my concerns but received no reply. I’m sure they will reply to this review as they have others but pictures don’t lie.

The HotTub was lovely nice extra to our stay. Was a lovely relaxed stay

Location was great, 20 mins drive from lots of beaches. Handy to have supermarkets, takeaways etc near by too. Hot tub was a great addition.

A little small for a family of 4 but the main bedroom was still big enough for a travel cot. Some new blinds on the skylights are needed as it’s incredibly bright from 5am onwards.
