it was a good property until the property owner started saying that we broke things that were already broken and stole things just cause they couldn’t find it they started trying to ask me to pay more money

Property owner kept asking for more money every chance they got and trying to make me pay someone to clean up the house because they pay housekeeping

A Truly Exception Stay! My recent stay at Shared Home Tampa in Palmdale was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the host. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palmdale, whether you're traveling for business, leisure, or with family. Without a doubt, I'll be booking here again on my next trip! The Highlights: The host goes above and beyond with thoughtful amenities that truly enhanced my stay. I appreciated the small yet significant touches like complimentary drinking water, snacks, and freshly laid towels on the comfortable bed in my room. The shared spaces, including the kitchen and dining area, were equally well-equipped, with free coffee and water available to all guests. There’s even an extra fold-out table to enjoy meals in the spacious living room while watching TV—a really nice bonus! Some rooms are equipped with a small fridge and microwave, which adds even more convenience for those staying in those spaces. The Wi-Fi connection was perfect—no issues at all, even with constant use. I also loved the extra attention to detail, like having lotion alongside soap in both the bathroom and kitchen. It’s clear the host put thought into every aspect of the home, including a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook and clean without any hassle. The property itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally, which speaks to how dedicated the host is to ensuring a great stay. In summary, I can’t recommend this place enough! Great amenities, excellent communication, and a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much!

A Minor Glitch: The keyless entry code didn’t work upon arrival, but this was handled wonderfully! The host responded immediately with clear communication via text and phone. The issue was resolved in no time, which shows how proactive and committed they are to providing a seamless experience.

The property was clean

It was a shared property. On my last night, the other guests who had 3 kids were extremely loud. The kids were in thr living room with the TV extremely loud and their parents were in the room yelling or talking VERY loud. I came back to the property at 10:30pm and it continued until around 12:15am. I even kindly asked them to be more quiet and they continued being loud. I eventually sent a msg to the host to tell them to be quiet. I don't think I will be doing a shared property in the future.
