Absolutely TERRIBLE and misrepresented apartment. The apartment is so bad. Starting with the building itself, the alleys are dark and does not make you feel relaxed. The apartment itself was very misrepresented by photos, the house we got was totally different to the pictures. In the listing, they mentioned there will be a Sofa bed, but when we went, it was just a sofa, not an actual sofa bed. We tried to ask the staff but they had poor english and also passed us the phone to a guy who proceeded to shout in our ears and kept asking us to cancel the booking.com so they can give us a discount for the SOfa bed - but this sounded obviously like a scam because we cannot cancel the booking on booking.com without being charged the cancellation fee - the host kept assuring us he will not charge a fee but in these countries thats often not reliable. He also wanted to charge us for extra mattress even though he did not give us the sofa bed as promised in the listing. The apartment was quite old, and things in the toilet or rooms some of them looked unclean or falling apart. The toilet had no ventilation and its just a toilet bowl with an installed shower that floods the whole bathroom. Sink was cracking and the walls were also cracked, some holes in the walls (they sticked a plaster over it??), balcony was dirty. Overall just feels very run-down and looks bad. Bad house, bad service.

Location is nice, just by the sea and close to everything, many shops and cafes options. The host was available throught the stay and provided some help. The rooms are light, the furniture is new and with the proper maintenance the property can turn into a nice place to stay. Should be nice view from some of the rooms. But generally the room has nothing to do with the pictures.

The first time in my life I leave the pre-paid proprety earlier with the property not being the cheapest option at all. Actually it's not a hotel, it's a large block of flats, with all the relevant problems. The buidling is mostly inhabited with Vietnamese so be ready for kids running up and down the corridors, screaming, people watching TV with doors open and smoking in the common area. The elevators are f**ed up, if you stay some 30th floor it might take 10 minutes to get down or up. The rooms are worn out and dirty, there's lots of dust and grease, the walls in the bathrooms were covered with a layer of dirt I had to clean them late in the evening upon arrival because I just couldn't take a shower otherewise. There're lots of old stains evrywhere. There's supposed to be regular cleaning, but no one came in three days before I asked and the cleaning is very superficial: when they clean the floors, they just avoid any items on the floor haha, no cooking space surface cleaning, the mirrors in the bathrooms were left dirty. The big problem of DaNang is high humidity and the hosts do no proper maintaining - eveything that can be covered with rust is covered with rust, the toilet basins are leaking. The building has no shower cabins, with all the water coming to the floor, which results in the doors' molding. No soundproof between the rooms and the street - you can hear the wind banging and it gets really noisy in the dining room even with the windows closed. Throught the day you get all the noise from the street, even the street vendors, also our room overlooked two construction sites right behind the building. My advice: avoid the place, there're multiple better options in the area which cost reasonably. If you have no choice, just book 2nights and then find sth decent in the area upon arrival.

it was nicely situated in a good location, plenty of room in the apartment.

It was dusty and not well swept when we showed up, and there was no basic cleaning supplies in the apartment other than a single dishrag. Upon request they provided a broom for us to use, but I would recommend a full basic cleaning kit, including dish rags, broom, etc, and a little more developed kitchen such as more bowls, plates, silverware, and a few basic seasonings.

Everything was perfect location, facilities, view, on the beach, general stores and restaurants nearby. Perfect place for everyone even if you are travelling with toddler. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
