KC Inn Hotel Kansas City

The room was clean, spacious, and suited our needs. We needed a place to crash after a concert and this place great for that.

We were told we could check in early for a fee but when we arrived at noon they said they were too booked to allow that. When we returned later that night after an event to check in our reservation paper had a note on it that we were going to arrive early. That was a little frustrating. Then when we got into the room it was freezing at 61 degrees.

I’ve stayed with them before and they offer comfortable rooms at an affordable price.

This stay they put us in the wrong room the first time and the second room they put us in did not have a fridge, microwave, or table like the last room we stayed in did. There was also no remote control for the TV.

It looked and felt nice…

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I pulled the bath mat down to use and noticed that there were two stains on it as if someone with dirty feet just stood on it… other towels looked used. There were 4-5 strands of different hair types in the shower… none of them mine…

Staff was friendly but that's the only good thing

There was no hot water, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and they don't have management on site to deal with complaints. I was disappointed with breakfast no sausage or bacon. For the price to stay I would of gotten a better deal at motel 6 or 8 and would of cost less

We liked that our room was clean & quiet

The loud guests in the lobby (which wasn’t the hotel’s fault). I guess you pay for who you are around. There wasn’t a great selection for breakfast and had to eat elsewhere
