"Didn’t like the environ and place"

The Fact that it had a bedroom on the ground floor was my only reason booking and I wasn’t familiar with the area . I wouldn’t have booked .

Disturbance of rats/mouse on the ceiling at night We saw a mouse in the living room in the morning. The adjacent occupant had tv volume very loud and whatever he was watching was just full of swearing . Not ideal when it’s after midnight . Sneezing all night due to dust . Windows full of dust and cobwebs . Bathroom was not properly clean . Not sure about the water as I was covered in rashes after bathing .

Location is excellent. Water pressure is very good. Constant power. Accessible and pleasant laundry staff.

Washing machine was not functional throughout the stay.
