L'appartamento è distante dal centro,inoltre non era pulito a dovere,è stato difficile trovare la chiave per entrare troppe cassetta e non avevo indicazione su quale aprire.

We were at a gig in the Apollo and it was an easy walk to there and to Picadilly train station. Aldi and Sainsburys are very close and with 3 bedrooms it was well spaced for a family. The views were lovely and it was very quiet in the area.

There had been a mix-up with the cleaners so the key was in the wrong lockbox which took some time to figure out. Also we were only given hand towels for showers which was a bit annoying. Everything else was great

Like other recent reviews, the lockbox would not open. I contacted the telephone number provided however it went straight to answerphone to a property management company - do not expect the owner to be available. They got back in touch however we’d already been attempting to pry open the lockbox for 30 mins as other reviews said they were told to do. Apparently it had been replaced recently - if so, someone must be out to get them as it would not work when we arrived. The initial panic of “crap, we need to find alternative accomodation for 8 people” on a Friday night in Manchester is not what you need for a pleasant stay. Had to leave the key at the Piccadilly Station Excess Baggage kiosk (as I didn’t want to try to pry open the lockbox again), which is a bit out of the way. Avoided asking security for assistant as other reviews said the owner is not allowed to sublet this apartment, so we did feel on edge around security that might have seen us struggling (or dragging in loads of bags). Outside of that, the apartment is fine, I’d have given it a 7 or 8 based on value and what we received without the check in issue. Won’t be coming back, sorry!

We arrived at the apartment and were unable to access it at 18 45 in the evening. The lockbox was broken. We rang the number listed on the page for the apartment and were told by Marie to use a tool to prise open the lockbox. We had come by plane, had no access to tools. Marie said she would call a locksmith and that he would be there in 30 minutes. . As it transpired, Marie only called the locksmith several phone calls later when my husband got annoyed. We were also told by security that we could not stay in the building as Marie had no authorisation to be subletting the apartment as an airbnb. We were on the side of the street with 5 young children until 20 15. When the locksmith came he said he would have to break open the lockbox to gain access to the key and he was not given permission by Marie to do so. We received a full refund from booking.com. We had to find alternative accommodation, which was at extra expense to ourselves due to the lateness of the hour. A totally unacceptable, distressing and unnecessary experience and we saw a review from a former guest the next day saying that the lockbox was broken so it should have been fixed before any further guests arrived. To add insult to injury a £200 deposit was taken, we didn't even get to stay in the apartment and are still waiting for a full refund of said deposit.

Well located, good room sizes

The kitchen is dated and the hob didn’t work, which we hadn’t realised until after preparing a meal. A previous occupant had dropped a glass and the living room hadn’t been fully cleaned - one of us got glass in our foot.

Flat was lovely, it was clean and comfortable.

Struggled finding the keys for the flat and getting into the carpark. Some of the lights in the kitchen weren't working and Struggled getting the TV to work.
