Located in a quiet area, only 10 minutes by foot to get to a public beach surrounded by shops and restaurants. Parking close by for 4 euros a day. Lorenzo was a great host, very responsive and he provided acces instructions right after we booked the place. We were 4 adults and one 10 year old and the place was big to fit all of us and feel comfortable. I loved the clean and comfortable pillows and beds, the shutters, and the huge balcony, where we also watched the sunrise. I definitely book again.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Świetna lokalizacja między plażą a starym miastem. W lokalu udogodnienia takie jak parasole na plaże, ręczniki, kawa, herbata, woda. Bardzo duża przestrzeń w apartamencie. Mieszkanie bezpieczne z klimatyzacją. W pobliżu kawiarnie i piekarnia z przepyszną foccactią. Bardzo bezpiecznie.

Trochę głośno za oknem, ale to niezależne od właściciela i lokalu. Duży problem z parkingiem przed samym lokalem.

Die Duschkabine würde ich bei Gelegenheit mal renovieren beziehungsweise neu verfugen.

Très bon emplacement, appartement grand, propre avec la clim et bien agencé. Un propriétaire très sympathique, serviable, compétent et présent avec un délai de réponse très court. De plus il se situe à 30m de la plage, 10m du primeur, 100m du supermarché le plus proche. En revanche il est à environ 25min à pied du centre ville, largement faisable avec des enfants. La présence d'aires de jeux aux alentours et un plus. A 10min à pied se trouve également une Laverie/pressing qui fait également gardiennage de bagages, très pratique pour le check in et ou out à moindre coût ( 1€ par heure pour un grand bagage).

Seul bémol pour nous: nous étions 5 et l'appartement ne dispose que d'une salle de bain avec 1 douche/ 1 simple vasque et 1 seul toilette

Everything was more then we expected. Apartment beautiful, very specious, height celings, decorated with taste, very clean. There is coffee maker, and everything you need to cook. Great location, very close to the sea, you can see it from the balcony ( small but has 2 chairs and table so you can enjoy your morning coffee). Everywhere walking distance to the beach, historic center, train station. Good restaurants and pizzerias very close to apt, so you can avoid crowds and the prices very reasonable. Very good contact with the host Giuseppe. We wish to stay longer.

The owner is very responsive and helpful. The location is good, 15 min walk to the city center, and same to the closest beach. The place is clean and well equipped. We were pleased to find a Nespresso machine. The view is very nice, but the balconies could use some cleaning because we could use them. All taken into consideration, we will definitely come again.

The small room doesn’t have an opening window and we were not aware of that.

Good location, super big apartment, with all the things you need included. The owner is responsive and willing to help. Great restos around.

Great location, close to old town centre and local shops. Spacious. The bus stop is 20m away and buses stop every few minutes throughout the day in the direction of both the beach and the city centre
