As I explored this peaceful agriturismo in Montalcino, I felt like I had found a hidden treasure. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Definitely a gem worth discovering in Tuscany.

"Extremely courteous staff. Mariana is very kind and pleasant. The room looks just like in the photos. Very clean and quiet. The property is extraordinary. It's an oasis of peace among olive trees and vines. Breakfast is modest but allows for a good start to the day. Delicious coffee. We have a low, sporty car and were a bit concerned about access after reading other comments, but there were no issues - we reached our destination slowly and safely. Wife is fast enough for daily work. We highly recommend this exceptional place."

Lovely building and room was clean and well decorated. Bathroom spacious with a great shower. Host pleasant.

Requested in advance if we could have a tour/wine tasting but was told not available but if we wanted we could visit their shop in the local town for a free wine tasting. Sadly we couldn’t find it it so we asked the host when we arrived and she said she would message address but she must have forgotten. This place is miles from anywhere and miles off the main route on a dark, gravel road to get to/from the property. Host disappeared quickly before we had chance to settle in and we appeared to be alone in the property in the middle of nowhere. Only shelf in the room had an expensive case of wine on with glasses with no explanation. No coffee making facilities or water available as kitchen was locked and no lounge area. Messaged host to ask if there was a coffee maker and told no but would get coffee at breakfast. Couldn’t find a local shop and restaurant recommended was shut when we arrived. Schedule didn’t allow us to go back to Montalcino so missed on on why we booked this place, the wine tasting!

Very nice host, she gave very useful tips about the area (places to visit, places to eat, etc.) Very comfortable rooms, very beautiful villa in rustic style, with an amazing view of the vineyards. Free water, Italian-style breakfast, various pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, all provided by the house The wine produced on site, very good (both Brunello and Roso de Montalcino or Toscano Roso) available to be served in the rooms for a fee (at a preferential price) We are already thinking about when we go back !!

It was a big and nice country side old house. The room was spacious and clean. Very big and clean bathroom with all required facilities. The owner was very nice and friendly.

The access road to the location was not a very good one. A country road which gave us a bit of a headache. Regarding the accommodation, it was a strange situation because the whole villa was empty. There were no tourists and the owner left us alone as they were living somewhere else in the nearby village. There was no staff on site and the night was a bit strange knowing we are in the middle of nowhere and all alone in a big house. The next day just when we were preparing to leave the door of the room got locked and we had the key inside. It was a bit stressful because we were in a rush to reach an appointment for a vineyard tour and it took me around 20 minutes to get in touch with the owner to find a way to fix the problem.

the location of the villa is astonishing and the room has a spectacular view in the vineyards. Wine produced on location is available for direct consumption in room with a charge upon departure. Wine tasting was also offered in the nearby wine shop.
