Very clean and well decorated. Excellent facilities and location for a city break to Zagreb.

The location is perfect, inside the city in a nice Middle-European style building. Beautiful location. It has a kitchen that is very modern and it made it easy for me and my brother to cook and save money without having to order food etc. The bed is comfortable and there is a nice big TV to put music on. Very enjoyable.

Since it's a basement (however built super beautifully) there is a lot of humidity and the devices there installed help with that, but the humidity is still there. No windows as well since it's a basement. We found the floor with some dirty stains all over the living room, and there was unfortunately a water issue (we had no hot water and therefore had to shower with super cold water- which is of course insufferable) for two days. Other than that it was well cleaned.

Right... The host takes ages to reply. I asked for a late check out and took 4 weeks to reply, by then my free cancellation had expired. The apartment is in the BASEMENT. NO WINDOWS. This is s awful. The bathroom is small, no space to put any of your toiletries. The picture make the apartment look big. But it's avtually very small. For the price I paid I could have got a better apartment with a balcony. I asked for a refund after the first name and the host declined. Personally, I would not book here again. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money. No bloody mirrors or wardrobe space. How is anyone going to get changed?
