La ubicación . Está está en una zona perfecta con buena combinación transporte público.

La estancia por decir algo, ya que es un local acondicionado como vivienda, incluye en la oferta que tiene aire acondicionado cuando lo que tiene es un ventilador portátil que hace muchísimo ruido y que no te permite descansar y tener un sitio confortable. Coincidiendo con altas temperaturas en Madrid no es nada recomendable. La cocina está bien equipada sin embargo el baño es muy pequeño y algo incómodo.

Flat is good equipped. There is everything for stay even for long term.

It took me one hour to get into the flat. They forgot to send me instructions. And didn't respond on my messages on b Booking. I had a phone number to call, but I didn't have gsm calls in my mobile plan, and there is no whatsapp or viber connected to the phone number. Eventually It turned out that I had to take keys in a locker several blocks away from the flat. 15 minutes of walk in one direction. It should be like that... The flat is on the level of the street. There is not any corridor or something. Sound isolation is really poor. So I heard everything that was happening on the street. If I needed silence for a sleep, I wouldn't sleep at all. The shower holder is still broken.

I loved everything Madrid is a vibe 😍

Only complaint: the shower should be fixed because the way it is now is very uncomfortable 😣

Location and price.

Scarce amenities (1 toilet paper and only 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 4 days and no hand towel). The mattress/bed is bending towards the wall. The shower is minimal and not functional (impossible to not flood everything + not towels available to soak). The heating available wasn't enough to warm the room in the colder nights.

It was clean and the air conditioning was very appreciated during the heat wave.

It smelled of sewer every time we turned on the tap on or flushed the toilet. Handing in the keys wasn't very straightforward.
