Little tricky to find at first, one toilet roll for 3 days 😂🫣.

COULD NOT OPEN BEDROOM WINDOW FOR FRESH AIR OVER NIGHT. DINING/COFFEE TABLE TOO LARGE FOR SMALL LOUNGE AREA. NEEDS MORE SMALL CUSHIONS FOR SOFA FOR COMFORT.

Perfect little house, really comfortable and had nearly everything that you could need. Tea, coffee and milk were provided which was a really nice touch. The outside area is really big and would be lovely to sit out in the summer. A quick walk to shops, restaurants, pub and a cafe.

It would be better if there was a hob but the portable one was good enough to make a one pan meal.

Property was well presented tidy and very well located.

Nothing Parking is a premium in the area took a bit of finding a space.

A few minutes walk to the harbour shops and restaurants! Beautiful accommodation with outside area.

I think the outside area could do with cleaning and freshen up.

Great location, easy walk to everywhere in Portleven.

Outdoor seating area not clean, cushion not cleaned. Area needed a tidy up. No hob for cooking, can't even boil and egg. Checked the facilites list - sure enough oven but no hob listed. During the stay we found an stand alone hob in a drawer. It should have been left out in full view. Only one plate, so can only cook one thing at a time. Espresso coffee machine did not work. I called the helpline but they were not interested!
