Appartamento con tutti i confort in una zona tranquilla a pochi chilometri dal centro, buono

Rientrando tardi la sera s in auto si ha problemi nel trovare parcheggio

Un appunto sulla pulizia: polvere un po' ovunque soprattutto i comodini e altri punti d'appoggio in camera da letto, insetti minuscoli in bagno, capelli in doccia, in generale anche i letti non erano il top con pelucchi sui cuscini

Il gestore Roberto ha accolto le nostre richieste ed ha provveduto a migliorare o attenuare le nostre insoddisfazione. Purtroppo i vicini di casa ( dirimpettai e signori del piano superiore) sono delle persone che non rispettano i regolamenti condominiali ( tv accesa fino a tarda notte e grida e urla soprattutto la mattina oresto) . Questi due fattori purtroppo penalizzano la struttura e l host può fare ben poco

Utilizzo questo spazio per dare dei consigli di miglioramento: 1) prestare maggiore attenzione per la pulizia ( soprattutto sotto il divano) 2) verificare la presenza della biancheria e tappetino bagno e sapone liquido in bagno ( noi abbiamo trovato lo svelto) 3) in cucina mettere a disposizione degli strofinacci per asciugare i piatti e pezzette di panno per pulire 4) in camera da letto ed in cucina c'è la muffa ( provare ad utilizzare qualche prodotto per rimediare al danno)

The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward with an easy key handover. The host was also quite responsive to messages.

Unfortunately, we had a few major issues during our stay. The sound insulation in the apartment is very poor; you can hear everything from the neighbors, including crying children, loud arguments, and late-night TV, which made it difficult to rest. More concerning, however, was the presence of mold. We initially found it in the living room, but by the end of our stay, we discovered it in the bedroom as well. This is a serious health hazard, and we strongly urge the host to use professional remediation methods to remove it for the safety of future guests. Additionally, communication was difficult as the host does not speak or write English. We also found the host’s attitude to be somewhat unprofessional and lacking transparency.

We had a wonderful stay at Magni 2 as a couple. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's located in a calm and quiet area, yet the location is great—everything you need is close by, from shops to restaurants and other essentials. Free public parking nearby was a big plus. Our host, Roberto, was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend Magni 2 to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and well-appointed place to stay!

Personally, I found the pillows too low and needed two for comfort. While there were extra pillows available, there were no additional pillow covers or spare bedding provided. We were surprised to find out that extras come at an additional cost, and this wasn’t clearly mentioned before arrival.
