"Perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect hosts!"

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Immaculately clean with everything we needed. Enrico is a wonderful, caring host with a passion for making his guests stay amazing. The property is literally a stones throw to the beautiful beach and great restaurants and shops. We had such a fantastic stay here we did not want to leave.

"Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert!!!"

Enrico ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter und hat uns auch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Bahn an unserem Anreisetag in ganz Italien streikt. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind ganz in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof kann man bequem zu Fuß zur Wohnung gehen. Ein kleiner Balkon mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer ist ein kleines Highlight. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Das Quietschen der Badezimmertür, besonders nachts, ist etwas nervig. Enrico, ein paar Tropfen Öl beheben das Problem 😅 Il cigolio della porta del bagno, soprattutto di notte, è un po' fastidioso. Enrico, qualche goccia di olio risolve il problema 😅

The flat was perfect - fully stocked, clean and in a great location near the city centre, the beaches, grocery stores etc.! The flat alone brings it to 10/10 but with the incredible hosting of Enrico it pushes it to a truly exceptional stay! The host knows the area incredibly well and gave amazing recommendations tailored to my plans. I highly recommend and miss the flat and Pescara already!

"Lovely apartment in a prime location"

Property was even nicer than expected when we arrived. Clean, spacious and beautiful decor. Lovely comfy bed. Right by sea front and centre of City. Enrico was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Supplies all the basics you need in the apartment and gave us so much helpful information about sites to see and restaurants to visit. We will definitely be back and now regard Enrico as a friend
