Very quirky but enchanting

The stairs are extremely step, I think this should be mentioned in the description (unless it is and I missed it)

The location was amazing! The Cottage was near to the beach, pub and shops! Great holiday home.

High spec finish throughout. Beautiful and clean. Best bath ever! Excellent kitchen with everything one could possibly need. Smashing little courtyard and outside shower room. Excellent location.

Stairs were frighteningly steep. If you're in the top bedroom, you have to pass through someone else's bedroom to get to a bathroom or toilet. Disappointed that welcome pack was not provided.

Breakfast not offered. Wonderful kitchen with top of the range white goods and equipment. Nice furniture. Good selection of books and games Excellent location

Although a charge of almost £200 was made for the cleaning of the property for our four night stay we were required to strip the beds before our departure. Hardly a relaxing end to our holiday. Sadly, and seriously the property's staircases were dangerous. All of them were incredibly steep with very narrow treads and minimal rails. (Had they received Building Regulation approval?) This meant that one of our party could not use the stairs and, instead of using the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom had no alternative but to sleep on the downstairs sofa, live out of their suitcase and use the outside / garden's wetroom which, thankfully included a WC. However, Inclement/cold weather would have made trips to this outside facility uncomfortable. As it turned out, although they had paid the required rental, one of our party had a far from pleasant stay with four unsatisfactory nights' sleep. The steepness and narrowness of stairs were not mentioned in the property's description. Had they been so then it is very uncertain if the property would have been booked without an informed decision A big shame.
