USVery clean. The kitchen was great with a nice coffee machine, and coffee, sugar, and creamer were provided. Two bathrooms plus washer and dryer if needed. Roku TV service was nice. There is plenty of room to get around. I had a slight problem getting the TV to work downstairs, BUT the owner was over to solve my problem and saved my relaxing evening. Communications were A1, prompt answers to questions. The AC unit will keep you plenty comfortable, for it was a 90-degree day, and you sure couldn't tell that while inside. I was very cool at all times. Furniture was nice and clean. All the bedding was clean and smelled nice. The shower was great with a tub for soaking.
This was my first Air B&B and just a personal preference, I'll not want a place with stairs again. Once again, a personal preference ... the toilets in both bathrooms were way too small and too low. The installation of ADA toilets would be much more comfortable.

USThe townhome was exceptionally clean. Communication was awesome. It was easy to access. Definitely will book a stay next time we travel to Ft Smith. Highly recommend staying here instead of a hotel. We loved the home.
