la Casa di Achille è pulita, profumata, ordinata e accogliente, ogni dettaglio studiato per far sentire gli ospiti accolti come a casa proprio, le camere hanno bagni moderni, puliti dotati di ogni prodotto per l'igiene, la camera ampia, con TV, armadio al piano di sopra mentre l'area cucina al piano di sotto ci ha accolto con cereali, caffe. the e tisane di ogni sorta, dolci, biscotti, pane e ogni mattina un prodotto fresco da forno diverso, CONSIGLIATISSIMA

The room had a wonderful temperature because of the thick walls of the building. Even though it was 30 degrees outside the room temperature was always nice and I had no need to turn on the air-conditioning. I also liked the breakfast bar in the morning.

This is a truly charming little B&B right in the center of Chieti, which is bustling with activity. There are only 3 rooms which made it extremely quiet. The owner could not have been more accommodating, as I had had some problems receiving the door code for entrance due to internet problems I had with my phone (no fault of his). In addition, he was always available to help me with parking which I had a little anxiety about. The breakfast was laid out in the morning by unseen hands -- a little like a fairy tale, really. Upon coming into the breakfast area in the morning, one can find brioche and pastries along with yogurt and milk in the refrigerator. In addition, a very convenient Keurig-like machine was ready to make coffee in the full-facility kitchen. The private bathroom contained a convenient shower with plenty of hot water along with the usual toilet and sink. All extremely clean and comfortable. The B&B is steps away from the Piazza Garibaldi, which is where paid and free parking is located, as well as steps away from several places to eat or buy fresh produce, etc.

Nothing that can be changed by anyone, but just a heads-up: The little alleyway where the B&B is located is rather steep and paved with cobblestones. If you have any kind of physical issue, the climb up or down to the hotel could be a little taxing.
