King's house

Location

There's only one bathroom, and it's upstairs, making it very inconvenient for those sleeping downstairs. Those sleeping upstairs have to use the downstairs bathroom.

中心地のエコーランドから徒歩圏内でとても便利な場所でした。 冷蔵庫にはウェルカムドリンクも用意されてあり、サービスもよかったです。 各部屋も広く快適で、アットホームな雰囲気で快適に過ごせました。

落ち着いた場所にある立地で、歩いて5分かからずに中心街にアクセスできる環境が素晴らしかった。 また、近くの温泉に歩いて行けるのもよかったです。 館内は清潔感があり、ベッドの寝心地も良く熟睡できました。 調理器具やカトラリーも揃っており、快適で楽しい旅ができました。 また泊まりに行きたいです。ありがとうございました！

ホストのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 整えられたシーツやアメニティで快適に過ごせました。 ウェルカムドリンクがあり着いて早々乾杯しました！ エコーランドへも徒歩圏内で最高でした！

建物自体は少し古くなってきていますが、綺麗に整頓されておりコストパフォーマンスを考えるといいとおもいます。

別荘地内にあり静かで、昼夜ともに涼しくロケーションは良かったです。

建物が少し古いのかリビングの窓の建て付けが少し歪んでいて窓の鍵がかからなかった。

Comfortable residence. Close to free ski shuttle (with bus to ALL resorts) and walking distance to eateries and onsen. Nice welcome drinks in the fridge! Good heating and very comfortable futons in spacious bedrooms.

Entrance served as ski/boot storage area and socks got wet before entering the house. Single shower. Unfortunately the key lock box was frozen solid when it came time to depart and we could not get it open.

The location was perfect and the staff were very responsive and helpful. Overall the property was extremely clean and the rooms/beds were comfortable. We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen and sitting area were the highlight as we ate in most nights, however the property is also walking distance to some incredible restaurants in Echoland. We were happy to be first on the bus that left from just down the road each morning which ensured we could get to the mountains we wanted to.

As it is an older property there are some quirks, however it is still incredible value for money during peek snow season with plenty of space for a small group.

Quaint and very spacious and comfortable with 3 teenagers having their own room with lovely comfortable beds and screen walls.

It was a small hike up from Rotary bus stop (epic snow season so we were able to ski down to the bus stop) but also nice to get a healthy walk in each day after skiing and a pleasant walk to and back from Echoland for dinner.
