Très bien situé au cœur du village

Localisation parfaite pour excursions bateau et séjour dans le village

Si l appartement du dessus est loué, alors risque de bruit cuisine et salle d’eau. La dernière nuit nous avons été gênés à 1h30 du matin pour les locataires bruyants qui cuisinaient et parlaient fort.

Excellent location, a few steps from restaurants and a lovely walk along waterfront to ferry

Be mindful there are steps to property for hauling bags, but there’s steps everywhere in Varenna and well worth the effort

The property was close to the centre of town and near the water. The terrace at the entry to the studio was a great place to sit with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Within the studio unit the hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a relaxed stay in Varenna.

Location was great.

Many items in the unit needed repair or replacement - shower, dresser drawers, old couch VERY uncomfortable, ants in apartment. Most concerning was the railing in the loft. It ends at a point that is 2 steps from the top - including one angle step that isn’t very good as a first step. Needs to be extended - it is not safe the way it is. We placed a chair in the gap to avoid a serious misstep - especially in the middle of the night.

Very convenient and easy access to the main sightseeing areas. Clean and comfortable.

Difficult to find the house in the first instance and being elderly visitors we found the stairs rather cumbersome but that’s our problem not the house problem.
