The behaviour of the staff were good and the location was good. However was disappointed in the facilities/amenities. The room lights were not working. There was no towels or any other bathroom accessories like brush or colgate was provided. The bathroom door lock was in bad condition. There was a problem in shower knob. There was a stain in the bedsheet and it was not changed.

Reception Staff and Housekeeping Staff very prompt. You ask for it and get done in few mins. Location is just opposite to Gold Souk mall and nearby shops and vyapar kendra AC worked well

The Room size was good but hit multiple issues: 1. Smoking smell inside Bathroom and bedroom. I had to buy Room freshner and kept using it now and then 2. Junior Suite room is pretty isolated in the middle of buildup floor, so no open balcony but only duct area. So ventilation issue. 3. Property is very old, the furniture and sofa are in half damage state.
