La disponibilité de l'hôte via WhatsApp Le self check-in / check-out L'appartement est bien agencé avec hall d'entrée, salon / cuisine, SDB (petite mais fonctionnelle), chambre Literie confortable Proche du centre de Livourne (15 min à pied)

Logement peu lumineux et qui sent fort l'humidité. Logement assez bruyant en raison de la mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins du dessus (on entend toute la soirée et une partie de la nuit les voisins "courir / sauter") et de la circulation de scooters dans l'impasse
