Villa La Rosa with Spectacular view of Ocho Rios

I like everything about the property was very clean.

It was very comfortable,welcoming and at the right location. Close to all the tourist activities. Great security system and I love that it was a gated community. The staff/owner was very helpful and answered my every call/need.

Would've preferred if the villa also had its own private pool. That would've been a PLUS!!

My family love everything, the house was so beautiful, clean, relaxing and fully equipped with everything we wanted. We loved the pool and the view. My son loved the playground and even my other family members had to play with him on the swings and slide. Next time we hope to have a longer stay there.

The Property Manager Stacey was 30 minutes late and verbally abused my son calling him gay. We had paid for the accommodation but did not stay due to the abuse we received. We were not given access to the property. I had my family including our two grandchildren. One was only five years old. We were stranded in Ocho Rios and had to seek alternative emergency accommodation. We have not been given a refund

The Security Guard was rude and aggressive and the Property Manager verbally abused my son calling him gay

My overall experience exceeded expectations, the space was modern and well kept, I also like that there was an outdoor area for chilling. The host Stacy was amazing she is definitely one of the reasons why I would rebook, she is warm and inviting.

The air conditioner kept turning off and because the water heater's main source was from solar activities, we often times did not have a warm shower.

Our Family stayed at Villa la Rosa. We loved it so much. Good service from Joe and his staff. Thank you so much for making us feel at home far away from home. Next time we will stay here again.

I liked the house itself. It wasn't spic and span but it was clean. I liked how the houses weren't close together in the subdivision.

Very deceptive people. I didnt like the fact that they weren't organized and the entire ordeal was very stressful. First red flag was when I booked initially I had 5 ppl, well 2 opted out but the owner said he wouldn't change the price so the price was still for 5 ppl. I booked this in advance so by the time the trip came around I gained 2 ppl. The owner still charged me an additional 150 cash even though my initial booking was for 5 and that never changed on the booking website. Ref flag 2 The security didn't have our information even though I sent it to them multiple times. Red flag 3 I couldn't do my own laundry, they had to do it and it was a $60 charge. Red flag 4 the shower drains were backed up so water was filling the showers. Red flag 5 They left us 1 tissue per bathroom and no paper towel. I had to call Claudia for her to bring more. Red flag 6 when we checked out I asked Claudia if I need to stay to make sure everything was straight she said no. I asked what they charged for she said damages and towels. I said Im not worried about any of that because we didn't damage anything and no towels are missing. We even cleaned and swept so really there wasn't much for them to do. I was in for a rude awakening because per Claudia there was a towel missing smh. They charged me $20 for a $5 dollar towel. We doubled checked our bags and no towel dont know where the towel she claimed was missing went. Clearly they need the money because they're straight hustlers. It is what it is but wouldn't recommend to anyone and if you do book just be mindful of all the flags in this post.

The architecture and design effortlessly blend modern elegance. Every corner of the villa is thoughtfully curated, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. Lastly, the attention to detail in the room decor truly showcased the owners' commitment to creating an inviting and stylish environment.
