Luxury Boutique 5 bedroom House in Cardiff

Property co demanded additional £250 deposit for 1 night stay last minute before access to property given. Deposit not returned but no response from company or any info given. Ants in the kitchen and sink broken. Instructions for check out provided after leaving property and very unresponsive staff in lead up to stay (no response since)

It was very clean and tidy and liked the whole key out and the dealing I had with the host was very good

Firstly it is not a place to live but someone is using it for easy money as they took deposit later they asked us to leave and will refund fully but they took our deposit and then we saw property has some other guest coming so they betrayed us and got money for 2 bookings and then they blocked numbers .It’s not well maintained as having a bad odour and mattress are having stains on it

The rooms were spacious and the location was fab. Great communication from the hosts as well

There was no lock on the main bathroom, the throws on the bed were dirty and the kitchen is not fully equipped for cooking for 12 people

The property was spotless, spacious, comfy beds.It was a first class house👍

Good location in a nice area, close enough to walk to town, nice furnishings, high standard throughout

We were not comfortable talking even in a group at night as you get warnings to your phone to be quiet, there was no music no parties, just a group of 4 people talking! We paid a lot of money to stay here and not feel comfortable

Beautiful and very spacious Victorian House in a great location. A perfect house for a large group. You can park easily on the street and within walking distance you have Roath Park and good shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Easy to get into the city. Good communication with the host.

As it's run by a management company it lacks some of the homely touches of a privately owned property which in itself is not a problem. Many large groups will probably not cook - however even as a family of just 4 there was not enough cooking equipment - we had to borrow from family quite alot of basic cooking stuff from saucepans, serving dishes to sieves etc to make dinner. So if booking and you do plan to cook, if they've not topped up the kitchen, come prepared.
