"The studio was lovely, warm, comfortable and clean"

The studio was clean, warm and comfortable, the studio met are needs and close to shops and theatre and southsea front not too far away

The studio was fine, but outside the front and back of the building was not very nice, the bins were overflowing, not pleasant to look at.

The outside appearance of the building and the internal communal areas are not the greatest.

"A great appartment, at great value in an ideal spot"

The flat was very modern, spacious and well-appointed. The room was clean and really comfortable. They’ve obviously renovated recently as the kitchen and bathroom felt really new and fresh. It was a great spot and would definitely recommend

The entrance to the appartments was a little tired, but otherwise great.
