"Close to the cruise port, but not as expected"

The location was good, especially considering the proximity to the cruise port. Cleanliness was good and the bed was comfortable.

We had booked a room with a balcony, but our room had no balcony. We felt we would have been entitled to some compensation, but our message was never answered and there was no staff present on site. The breakfast was extremely modest and a big disappointment.
