Location. Far away from the overcrowded and noisy tourist zone. Ocean view is filtered though because of the tree in front of the balcony. Nice balcony where you and family can eat together and get the wonderful breeze. A few eateries around but expensive. You exit the apartment and walk right to the beach to lie in lounge chair in the shade with a beer. Beautiful scenery especially if you like to watch the sunset. Kitchen fully equipped.

Could be a little cleaner. The sink needs scrubbing. The shower curtain isn't long enough and some water gets on the floor.
