La disponibilità del proprietario. Il rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione. La smart TV è un plus. Ben collegato con i mezzi. Minimarket a pochi passi

Suggerirei di ammodernare il bagno che accusa un po' l' età: i difetti non ne precludono assolutamente l' utilizzo ma possono creare qualche disagio. Il balcone è trascurato, ma basterebbe poco per recuperarlo.
