Elsa & Reseda Apartments

The location is great, inside the city center, very near from amazing restaurants and tourism points. Also a lot of options for parking (paid) and very easy to go to many directions. The apartment is very quiet (which we loved most). The bathroom and everything were very clean and you also have a washer machine inside the bathroom for those who will stay longer. 10/10 for us.

The only negative feedback are the pillows. Or they are too high or too low. Beside that we really don't have anything to say.

Great location, modern apartment. Airport shuttle was great and the drivers were really lovely. Good communication beforehand. Lovely and clean when we arrived.

There was no lift and the apartment was on the 3rd floor. It’s fine when you are young but my father is 73 and my mother is 68 and they found it exhausting to walk up them 3-4 times a day. There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine either so I had to YouTube all of that. The fold down bed completely obstructed the bathroom, which, again is fine if you are young but my parents had to climb over me at night to go to the toilet. There is also a wall built in the centre of the room separating the kitchen from the double bed and as the air con unit was in the kitchen, it blocked a lot of the air getting to the bed behind the wall. Also, I guess it must be self catering as our sheets nor towels were changed throughout our stay and we were there for 9 nights. I’m not sure if we had to specify we needed that or maybe that’s why the washing machine was there but I definitely didn’t want to be cleaning sheets on my holidays. Could do with hooks to hang the towels also. As there was nowhere really for our towels to dry. We go to San remo every year and unfortunately due to my parents age, it’s not suitable for them

The apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It offers ample space, recently renovated with modern touches, and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and tidiness were impeccable, reflecting the care and attention to detail put into the property. The host's warm hospitality and helpfulness further enhanced our experience, making us feel truly welcome. Situated in a central location, it provided convenient access to everything we wanted to explore. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I can highly recommend this apartment. The flat is modern, clean and comfortable, there are everything what is needed and the owner is really hospitable and ready to help. Location is really nice, 2 shops are near, 5-10min to the See and 2 min to the city center.
