rico,s house pour famille et surfeur

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rico House. La propriétaire est vraiment gentille et attentionnée. L’appartement est propre, joli et situé dans un quartier typique avec de petites boutiques à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La plage d’Anza n’est pas loin, avec des vagues surprenantes pour les amateurs de surf ou simplement pour profiter de l’océan. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Property is very dirty and not safe !

Owner lie to us not trust them ! Very unhealthy Property !

Verry big apartment, clean an the hoste was realy nice an fair.

How lovely the host was. Her son also spoke amazing English which was super helpful. Made us a lovely dinner and brought it to our door just out of kindness. Was very close to the beach and also bus stops & the buses were very regular

At first I felt slightly uncomfortable to see that behind a curtain in the living room there is a door but soon recognised that the host lives very nearby and do wonder if this was a part of the property connected to hers. The WiFi wasn’t amazing but not a massive issue. For the price of the property I can’t really complain

The location is situated in a very calm and authentic area. The people who live there are very lovely within a few minutes. You arrive at the beautiful beach promenade.
