Location very good

I arrived in the morning and actually had a pleasant exchange with the team via WhatsApp (even though response times varied greatly). When we went to check in at 4 pm as promised, the room had been used... It hadn’t been cleaned and so we couldn’t move in. Unfortunately, we then waited 30 minutes for a reply. We were sent away again and couldn’t move into the room until around 6.30 pm. However, there was still a technician in the room who absolutely had to repair the air conditioning (which had never worked with an outside temperature of 36 degrees) and didn’t want to leave. It was a very uncomfortable situation, as he waited outside the room door until we had got ready so that we could leave the room again. Generally speaking, the team was relatively difficult to reach during the incident and could not provide us with any real information regarding times and so on. We are very disappointed and will unfortunately never book this accommodation again; nor can we recommend it due to the unprofessional behaviour of the hosts, even though the location is very good.

Aircond was not working . Asked for it to be fixed on the first night. No one came to fix it . We stayed three nights and had three sleepless nights . Been very hot 3 days .

a las 2.30 de la madrugada entró una pareja en mi habitación, por error nos dieron el mismo código a 2 personas, dijeron que me reembolsarían el importe de la habitación debido al error producido y no he recibido nada de reembolso,.
