Nothing I loved it

The location

The room was very low quality - more like a hostel and very different from the pictures. The air freshener is overwhelming and smells like the duty free area on airport. The room was tiny, no view and the bathroom stank of damp.

Location is great, staff very responsive

First night someone kept ringing the main intercom for all the apartments. Waking me and my partner up. This should be switched off after 11pm to allow people to rest. Also our electricity wasn't working in our room for several hours. Option to have extra pillows would have also been great.

Excellent location- around the corner from San Anton Mercado. I was worried when I booked the room (deluxe double, private bathroom), as I saw some concerning reviews on other websites after I'd booked it. But the room was beautiful, lovely decoration and very comfortable bed. The room was very spacious and we wish we could've stayed more time.

The check in process and arrival process was complicated, but as long as you read it all carefully before you arrive and have Internet upon arrival so you can receive the codes, it's OK. Didn't like the deposit we had to pay, as obviously people will choose to pay a non- refundable small amount, rather than paying the larger option, in case the accommodation takes some money without reason.
