People in the resort were nice , very service oriented , proactive and prompt

The property did not meet my expectations and fell short of the promises made. There are several issues: 1)Misleading claim of private beach access: The property claims to have private access to the beach, but in reality, the pathway is inaccessible. To reach the beach, you have to cross a drainage area, which is not safe, especially with children. I never used the so-called "private beach," which was the main reason I chose this property. I paid a premium compared to other options on Booking.com based on this claim. How will you compensate for this inconvenience? I can share a video of the pathway for better clarity. 2)Gym in poor condition: The property advertises a gym, but it is in a deplorable state—stuffy, foul-smelling, and covered in dust, making it unusable. This was another major factor in my decision to book this property. Again, I would like to know how you plan to compensate for this issue. 3)Ongoing construction work: The property is under maintenance, with workers engaged in painting, drilling, and other construction activities. It’s hard to relax on a holiday with kids when surrounded by dust and the smell of paint. The situation feels more like being in the middle of a city like Bangalore or Mumbai rather than a peaceful getaway. 4)Request to share videos: Booking.com, please provide a way for me to share videos of this disappointing experience. It could help others make a more informed decision

It was quiet being the end of the monsoon. The pool area is great and well maintained. The restaurant is good. We had a balcony room away from the pool giving us a nice private place. Staff were helpful and friendly

Bed linen and towels need to be upgraded and pillows replaced

The hotel had very nice facilities and grounds with a big quiet pool area. A short walk to the beach but as we were at the end of monsoon swimming was not permitted. Beach shacks closed but starting to open up. Restaurant was good and provided a good range of food Staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

The linen in the room was very tired and a bit thread bare. But clean. Pillows need to be replaced as sweat stained inside.

A place where staff recognised you in and out of the hotel. To facilitate a pleasant experience in Goa. Worth to keep coming. Thanks everyone for making a few days worth gold. Will come back!!

They to much fight with me they receptionist like Owner They insulting me for breakfast Because of Booking.com, give me free breakfast for all person and they said me Don’t book by Booking.com they don’t allowed to breakfast
