"Disappointing stay in this building."

Location

Dirty couch and mattress covers..Non existent housekeeping.lights have to be turned in and off at the aDB board.No bins in block.no bins in street Nobody cleaned although the promise was daily housekeeping.Pool was dirty.Chairs at Pool broken.No detergents supplied for dishwasher.Road side parking although there was so much space in the property that we could have parked our rental on. Broken glass on kitchen cupboard.Extension cord running into kitchen over the counter for the fridge to b3 connected.Help desk numbers don't work.Staff at the quarter block were hostile.Multipke trips had to be made due to the multiple issues with the apartment Oven doesn't bake.No aircon.No smart TV only dstv. Courtesy shampoo,cinditioner and soap wasnt topped up. The site didn't mention a security deposit yet we asked to pay R2000.00 Ib the day of signing out we found that it's normally R1000.00 yet we paid R2000.00 Good location but the facilities can be improved greatly.
