Plas Coch, Snowdon Views with Large Garden

The place is very lovely. Absolutely amazing views! You have the full scenery of the mountains! The field is right outside and in the evening the cows come by which is amazing to see. The house is very modern and beautiful. There are tvs in every room which is a massive bonus especially for our kids. The house was nice and clean. There were towels, toilet paper, and everything in the kitchen is fully equipped. The cupboards were loaded with seasonings, pasta, etc which when texting the owner they were more than happy for us to use. The communication was amazing. Nothing is too much to ask from the owner. Any questions I had were answered with no issues, and the owner seemed more than happy to help. There's a hot tub too which was heated on our arrival and stayed heated the whole stay so we definitely took advantage of enjoying a nice dip. Definately great value for money. Very easy and reasonable instructions of what to do when you check out. If we get the chance, we would definately stay again.

Not the easiest place to find. The GPS takes you to the general area but stops way before the house. Thankfully there was a neighbor outside to let us know where the house was. There was a sign but you cannot see it at all as the writing completely was worn off and unless you are a foot away from it you would not see it. The matresses are not very comfortable. Quite hard and springy. There was one single bed that was so comfortable and where my child slept in and in the middle of the night I would go to sleep with her for comfort.

Great facility, well equipped. We felt like at home.

Access to parking spot need some attention.

The location was beautiful and quiet. And close to Snowdon. The hot tub was lovely but we didn't get it hot before we got in. The accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Lovely shower, large bedrooms, comfortable lounge and amazing kitchen.

We couldn't find the property and were driving around for a while. The sign at the end of the lane wasn't very visible. It was embossed but the black writing had worn off. It was only luck we eventually stopped next to it. You need to paint the name back on. There weren't any instructions for the hot tub. Our feet got dirty getting out of the hot tub. You need some decking, or something similar, next to it. It would have been nice to have bedside tables next to all the beds. And maybe a small lamp on them.
