The actual apartment is lovely. All newly renovated. The views out to the windows are just gorgeous!

No one on reviews had mentioned that the apartment next door is having a complete renovation, dust around, etc. So i was really shocked when i arrived. The keys were hard to use, but i did get find it easier as time went on. I think the microwave, and kitchen products could have a bit of a clean (sorry) but looked a bit dirty from outside.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Clean and comfortable. Located in the center of the city, just a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. Also, there is a small supermarket just across the apartment, very convenient. Equipped with a fridge, kitchen, microwave, toster and a coffee machine. Amazing shower!

Not very important but we would have found it very useful if there were some cooking essentials available such as oil.

"Don't stay here!"

Location was good

Cheap toilet paper, 1 1/2 thin rolls for 3 nights stay, very dirty floor, dirty shower with mould, hideous amount of stairs and poorly lit, no internet information in room and host was rude about giving help, no tea bags. Two locks on front door made it difficult to open door. Would not recommend staying here

"Lovely, spacious apartment with all the comforts."

Very nice and spacious apartment. Huge bedroom, very nice, modern bathroom. Great location to walk around the city. Well equipped kitchen and a wonderful view out of the windows. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. Also, we never met or interacted with a host. It is always nice as guests to be greeted by someone in person.

"Good, but apartment could be improved."

It was clean and spacious, located little bit further away from the crowds, bathroom is nicely decorated, bed is comfortable, nice view from the windows, there is a groceries shop nearby.

Apartment is located on the top floor so it gets very hot during warm summer days and you can’t do without air conditioning, air conditioning unit itself is pretty loud, we did not find shower gel and shampoo and also there is no place to put yours when showering.
