الحمامات سيئة ووصخة كلها شعر لم يتم تنظيفها وزر شطف الكبنيه كل شوي يعلق الغرف بدون مكيفات وعازلها قوي لذلك حر في الصيف خصوصا غرفة النوم الداخلية مكتومة ولا يمكن فتح النوافذ فيها ايضا المواقف بفلوس 20 باون لليلة الواحدة بينما أمامي مواقف جنب ماك 24 ساعة ب15

The environment is quiet. Very beautiful apartment settings with nice interiors. Beautiful modern ensuite.

There is no microwave in the apartment. When complained, I was told they they don't provide a microwave for the apartment. So, no microwave provided for good 6 nights. I couldn't warm my food, I had to bin most of the cooked foods I brought because I couldn't warm them when taken out of the fridge . Moreover, the apartment was not properly cleaned by the cleaners prior to my arrival, I had to do the cleaning by myself on arrival. Aside from this, this apartment is awesome.

While the views from the apartment were undeniably beautiful and one of the few highlights of the stay, the hygiene standards were extremely poor. It feels as though the host relies solely on the views to make the apartment stand out, without putting any genuine care or effort into the upkeep, cleanliness, or guest experience. The property is advertised as a luxury penthouse, but that description is highly misleading. In reality, there was absolutely nothing luxurious about our stay. The apartment was in a neglected and unhygienic condition, making this feel like a clear case of false advertising. Upon arrival, we were immediately put off by the lack of cleanliness. There were hairs on the toilet seat and in the shower, visible dirt and stains on the couch, and the floors were absolutely filthy. In the kitchen, we found expired frozen food in the freezer, open food items in drawers, and unwashed cutlery. The whole space felt dirty and uncared for. When I turned on the heater in the bedroom, a strong, foul odor came out, filling the apartment. The bedroom also had a persistent and overwhelming smell of cannabis, which was even stronger when out on the balcony. Dust had gathered in every corner, making it clear that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time. On top of this, communication with the host was poor throughout. We were not clearly informed about where the garage/shop was located, and although the host said he would send more details about the garage lock, we never received anything. I called him multiple times, but he didn’t answer or return my calls, leaving us completely unsupported during our stay. To make matters worse, we were told to check out at 10am even though our booking clearly stated check-out was at 11am. While that might seem like a small detail, it added to an already frustrating experience.

Location was great, close to Salford Quays, on bus and tram route, easy to travel to city centre. Apartment has amazing views over the city. It was quiet and beds comfortable. Lots of places for eating in or takeaways. Secure parking available at extra cost.Towels provided and showers hot and powerful.

This apartment can accommodate max 4 people, but the sitting area only has a two seater settee. Okay for us as a couple, but not for more. Balcony only had one chair and the netting obscured most of the windows. The kitchen was also short on glasses and cutlery for more than two. Shame no microwave. Both bathrooms could do with some tlc. The odour of smokers in other apartments seeped in and was strong on occasions.

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Locatio My friends and I stayed at this apartment recently. While the location was perfect and the views were undeniably beautiful, our overall experience was tainted by poor service and unprofessional communication. Getting in touch with Eric, the host, was a nightmare. After paying for parking in advance, it took multiple attempts to reach him just to find out the parking space number. Things didn’t improve from there. The next morning, I contacted him about a strong and unpleasant smell of weed coming from the master bedroom. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, he brushed it off and blamed the neighbours — despite the smell clearly coming from within the room itself. What made it worse was the lack of any compensation or meaningful response. Instead, I was offered a coffee coupon only if I gave a full-star review — something that felt both dishonest and schemey. I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend it. The service was poor, the apartment clearly needs attention, and the management leaves a lot to be desired.
