Very clean and the hosts were very nice and respectful.

The chair in the room doesn’t spin.

It was near the city centre and the room was quite large. The water temperature was nice and warm since it was freezing outside and the temperature in the room was good when we figured out how to work the radiator. The family was nice and they recommended we visit their noodle shop which was also really good. Although we had an issue with the check-in/check-out the family was understanding and helpful.

We had to leave our shoes at the door, and while slippers were provided, ours were given to other guests by our 4th day. It sometimes got noisy but never at night. There was also a miscommunication about check-in/out times—Booking.com listed check-in from 11:00 AM to midnight and 24-hour check-out, but when we arrived at 11:00 AM, no one was there. We had to wait or walk around with our luggage. Similarly, we assumed we could check out anytime but were asked to pack up for incoming guests so make sure to communicate with them regarding this.

It was very close to the gig venue, 02 Victoria Warehouse, Trafford. Comfy & clean. Recommend the Tollgate pub if you are going to 02 Vic Warehouse. 15 min walk to pub & 15 min walk from there to the venue.

Didn't mind having to leave shoes near the front door, had I been aware I could have brought sliders.

It is in walking distance from Old trafford and even to the center of the city. The room was spacious and very nice

The locks of the doors (both to enter the house and to the room) were not very easy to use. You have a room in house with a family that owns the house and share a bathroom with three other rooms .

Property was double booked. We were placed in alternative accommodation that was being refurbished so we had to stay in a building site. No shower.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice seating area, the bathroom was clean

That the room was a guest room in the house with the family still there, not a bad thing just unexpected
