Heritage Grand - Badulla

Highly recommended! I had an excellent stay. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient and adds to the overall experience. Everything was well maintained, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Excellent location 5 minutes away from the centre of town. Absolute value for money. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. A la carte menu had some of the tastiest dishes I've had so far and at very economical prices. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Recommend 100%!

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The room was large and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even packed us some food as we were leaving on an early bus.

The curtains in the room could do with a bit of repair.

I stayed at the Heritage hotel in Badulla for a night and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me warmly with refreshing drinks and cake, making feel right at home, while the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with hot showers, AC, and tea facilities—ideal for unwinding after local sightseeing. Meals like dinner and breakfast buffets were fresh, tasty, and great value, and the team was super helpful with transport tips and parking. Overall, excellent for families.I’ll definitely return.
