Heritage Grand - Badulla

Tras un caluroso viaje en bicicleta por la carretera principal, nos alegramos de tener una habitación con aire acondicionado. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios. Disfrutamos de un desayuno muy completo. Además, nos ofrecieron un zumo de aguacate como bebida de bienvenida a nuestra llegada.

Maybe a European and Uk choice of breakfast could be available. If staff know Europeans are staying,they can ask guests on their arrival what breakfast they prefer. cornflakes and milk are readily available in Sri Lanka and could be provided.

restaurant staff need to make sure tables have full set of cutlery.ie fork, knife and small dessert spoon. I appreciate sri Lankan guests would not use these. European guest would and will use cutlery

We had a very good experience during our one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, accommodating all our needs, especially with food. All the staff members were helpful and attentive. There is also a bakery next to the hotel that sells delicious cakes — definitely worth a visit!
