Blue apartment with One bedroom, WiFi and amazing view

Amazing view. Nice balcony with sun all day. Great contact with the host. Nice garage.

Minor issues with the facilities. It was pretty remote. Cats were annoying at night.

Logement tres propre, bien décoré. Lit tres confortable. Nombreux accessoires de cuisine et des produits de base (sel, liquide vaisselle, torchon, sopalain, huile, etc). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Le canapé lit n est pas vraiment un canapé lit... C est plutot un gros canapé

The lovely view from the balcony was looking over Playa de las Americas & Los Cristianos, but nice & quiet & away from the busy beach resorts. You could see the busy TF1 but couldn’t hear it! Comfortable bed, even though didn’t have AC there was a ceiling fan in both lounge & bedroom that was incased in the light and was perfectly adequate. Kitchen had everything you needed as we cooked every night. It didn’t have a toaster but we were able to use the grill in the oven which was ok. The underground parking was a bonus & was directly under the apartment, felt very safe & secure. Apartment was very close to the pool, even though the water was quite cold in November, we still managed to have a swim & most days there was only us around the pool so we felt we had it to ourselves! The pool was very clean & in good condition.

The pool Sun-beds were quite uncomfortable & only 1 out of 4 of the pool showers were working. Also the access to the pool is with a secure key fob which you have to use to access the pool area & again when you leave. But on 3 instances we couldn’t get in and luckily there was someone there who let us in and noticed it happened to someone else so may be an issue with the mechanism.
