"Not a beautiful home! Far from it !"

It was quiet

The area was well run down and dodgy… the parking was terrible to manoeuvre, the driveway was steep and unkept, the floors in the house were grubby, we moved the couch to watch tv but hair and rubbish were apparent. No washing machine and clothesline was covered in cobwebs and unkept, air drier was being used to grow tomatoes. No live tv die to no reception.!beds were hard and creaked. Only one bathroom, loads of mosquitoes due to being so close to a noisy stream and walkway used by many noisy people. Huge potential if upgraded and maintained. Neighbourhood definitely not safe or clean.

"Stop over South Auckland"

Very cute little property with 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare a meal. Did like the electronic door entry and that it had air con. Also great walk out the back gate all along the bay.

Lack of a table and 4th stool if I was being fussy but wasn't a major issue.
