My family and I felt wonderful in this apartment. The host is very ok Very quiet in the area, beautiful!

The only pros were that it was a new flat and located in a quiet area, but that's where the positivity ends.

I must say, this flat rental was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First and foremost, the location was not great. The road and buildings around the flat were still under construction, making it inconvenient to walk to and from the place. Next, the booking was for 5 adults and a toddler, yet they provided us with only one door key. How on earth do they expect a group of people to manage with just one key? But it gets worse: as I said, the booking was for 5 adults and a toddler, and yet they gave us only 3 towels. Even worse, we found a bunch of wet towels in the washing machine, clearly showing that the cleaning wasn't done properly before our arrival. Adding to the misery, there was no shower gel or shampoo provided. I mean, come on, these are basic amenities that should be available in any decent accommodation. However, the biggest disaster was the flat manager. This person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The entire building had only one main door key that should have been in a locker outside. When we made the mistake of taking the key to our room, the manager called us at 23:00, despite knowing we had a toddler, to demand that we take it down. Obviously, we missed the call, but instead of understanding, the manager berated us for causing a conflict with other tenants. The next day, the manager called again, started shouting at us, and threatened to kick us out over a simple mistake. Despite apologizing, he wouldn't let it go and complained about how our mistake would affect his business and his vacation plans. It felt like I was dealing with a child throwing a tantrum. When we suggested that he should have a more reasonable approach to handling clients and their needs, he became defensive and said he was offended by our business advice. Seriously, it's common sense to have spare keys or a better system in place, so one tenant would not depend on another tenant remembering to put a key in a certain place.

Very clean apartment and welcoming host. Well equipped, they have washing machine and coffee machine there. A lot of space. Was great to have a balcony there. We definitely will book it in our next visit

Spacious and well equipped apartment located in a quiet area, but not far to the city's attractions. Very friendly host, always ready to help. Very good price/quality ratio.

Perfect place, clean rooms, the manager is great person. The best place of all my last bookings.

Road is 200-300m near property unfinished, but when you come inside nothing isnt matter.
