Red Roof Inn Yuba City Bonanza - Marysville

I didn't even stay in this hotel because of an unresolved issue with management over the non-functioning hot tub!!

I requested compensation for this hotel falsely advertising it contained a working hot tub, which was denied; this resulted in having to find alternative accommodations during the middle of the night, when the manager would not offer me a room containing a jacuzzi, without waiving the tremendously higher fees.

The parking area was clean and lobby area was clean and decent Beds comfortable

First impressions we saw broken windows that needs replacing on outside of the perimeter of the property . While I will say the room was clean there are needs of repair

we have stayed here before its safe and comfortable the staff is always nice and welcoming. we like this property and will stay here again next time through Yuba.

the fridge barely worked it was old and i had to turn it up to coldest just to get some sort of coolness from it. tub was dirty

USB ports didn’t work. Bathtub was all chipped Continental Breakfast was a joke.

The property was horrible! I paid 770 .00 for a week stay and 200 of the money was a refundable deposit ! The first night about midnight I called and tryed getting soneone to fix the tv and they moved me to another room! The following night I. Came home from being w family at the hospital all day! My room would not open I walked to the office and upon walking in I was accused of smoking. In the room !! I was not going to pay 250 cash because I knew I hadn’t smoked in the room! The clerk called the yuba city police and the police came and just agreed with the clerk so i was forced to pay 250 cash that night ! The last day i went to check out and i asked about my deposit and the clerk said around noon

3pm arrives I call back to the front desk and ask where is my deposit and the manager told me I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back ! She said there was a broken towel rail in the bathroom which was again a fabrication! How can they just steal money from the innocent public when we trust them with our credit cards ! So they charged me 770 plus 200 , $990.00 for this and it is so wrong ! There rooms are all run. Down,wallpaper peeling,carpet stains your socks if u walk without shoes! Someone needs to report these Indians to the proper people!! And after 5p. M that same day the people tryed running my card again 6 other times for 150 each time I had to contact my bank and suspend the card !! And after them charging me all this ! They told me I wasn’t allowed to have any visitors!! Please everyone do not stay tuba city ! You’ll regret I

Smell, dirty. Front half of the property looks good but the back half where I stayed was run down and horrible. The smell of the first room was so bad. Second room was bearable.
