L'appartamento è accogliente ed il proprietario molto disponibile, molto comodo e vicino a tutti i servizi.

Gli unici difetti sono le poche padelle (ce n'è solo 1) e la potenza un po' limitata dell'impianto di casa in quanto con 1 solo fuoco del piano a induzione acceso abbiamo provato a scaldare un piatto già pronto nel microonde ed è scattato il contatore.
