We really enjoyed the heated pool and also the play area in the restaurant. The caravan was good for us, with everything we needed (maybe a bigger table for the outdoor)

Scott was very friendly, easy to communicate with and was keen to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as it could possibly be. Situated at the back of the site close to the nature reserve. The property was very clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen which had some cleaning products and a selection of coffees and biscuits available on our arrival. The bed was lovely and comfortable and there was a smart TV on the lounge and WiFi throughout which worked all the time we were there.

There was nothing we didn’t like however there were a couple of things that we feel could improve it. There were no bedside cabinets as the bed was in a tight space but perhaps putting a shelf either side could solve this. Also, there was no blind or curtain on the main entrance door so anyone could see directly into the property and if the bedroom door was open (which we had to have open due to warm weather) people could see right into the bedroom. Again, a door blind or net curtain would solve this. We didn’t use the oven, but the grill racks and grill pan were in need of a good clean as they were dirty.

Position...facilities were spot on. The owner was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating when I asked for a bit of flexibility on leaving the caravan. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely nothing.

Scott runs the extra mile for his guests, The caravan is clean and finished in good style with attention to details. The bedrooms are a good size, and the beds are comfy. A master bedroom with a separate toilet is definitely a bonus. The caravan also is well equipped and you'll have WiFi for your use also (included in the price). The location is just perfect as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, site entertainment, outdoor pool and on-site shop. I would give it an 11 out of 10 in rating and surely we will be back again.

The caravan was beautifully clean and tidy, was well equipt; it was like home from home. The owner ensured we had a comfortable stay with little extra details like coffee, snacks, towels and wifi which was an added bonus. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival with meet and greet to show us around and how things worked! Good location! Exceptional caravan! Recommended!

The property was lovely. Really modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Special thank you to Scott who was really accommodating. We actually broke down half way to Barmston and was stuck at a service station for 6 hours - Scott did a whole meet and greet with images and instructions on how to used/find everything, through text which was really kind. Amazing host.

Nothing to say really. It was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family near by!
