I have booked the accomodaiton as twin bed room apartment on Booking.com in August. The apartment had one bed and two sofabeds. During my reservation, I asked the use of the one sofabed. When I arrived to the apartment in the end of January, there was only one bed and no sofabed. I conatcted owner and he said that there never been any sofabed. On the booking.com page, the apartment is still listed as one bed and two sofabeds apartment. I asked the owner a help but he had never replied to me. It was also very difficult to communicate on Booking.com message page because the wifi was very weak.

La proximité de l’aéroport.

Estudio bastante grande y bien equipado.

Nos resultó difícil encontrar el piso. El ascensor estaba estropeado y tuvimos que subir varios pisos con las maletas. Mucho ruido de aviones y el frigorífico también era muy ruidoso. La zona estaba bien ubicada con respecto al aeropuerto pero no parecía la mejor de Heraklion (y aunque no fuimos, queda bastante lejos del centro). Para aparcar, regular.
