Danai's Loft

We stayed one night at Danai’s Loft and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Сheck-in was super easy. A great stopover in Heraklion!

It's not very quiet area because locals do not sleep at night, so opened windows make some noises.

Close to port. Nice touch of hospitality with the raki!

Elevator didn’t work and place is on third floor. Close to airplanes taking off at airport. Pretty loud but luckily it didn’t happen in the middle of the night!

Location makes it accessible to A90 for visiting other places from this as a base. Convenient location with supermarket and restaurants in close walking distance and only 5 bus stops from old town for 2 euros each way. Very clean , spacious and comfortable apartment.

The dribble of water in the bathroom sink and inconsistency of water pressure in shower. And common issue of shower handset not being able to be hung up anywhere; an utterly ridiculous set up as is.

The B&B is in a very convenient location, the room was equipped with all the amenities needed, the check-in/check-out times were flexible, and the area was quiet and peaceful. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

One downside was the lack of interaction with the owners, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. A more welcoming presence could have enhanced the overall atmosphere.
