"A cozy apartment with a welcoming host in a great, quiet location near the metro"

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is great just a short walk from the metro, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

"Красивая квартира, но есть нюансы …"

Сама квартира очень симпатичная и чистая . Есть все необходимое. Качественная посуда и запас продуктов для завтрака .(йогурты, молоко, джем, печеньки, фрукты). Расположение не далеко от метро , а если на машине то есть где припарковаться . И район приличный. Дом сам хороший . Владелица очень вежливая и заботливая. Отвечает быстро и всегда готова помочь . Кровать удобная .

Вы должны понимать , что выбирая жилье данного типа , где ванна и кухня общие , вы играете в рулетку - повезет или нет с соседями . В кв 2 комнаты . В одной была я , а в другой 3 неадекватных подростка. Шумели. На просьбу (в 11.30 ночи) не шуметь, стали хамить и посылать матом! И только после моих угроз что вызову полицию утихли, незабыв перед этим наговорить гадостей. Я написала хозяйке , она сразу приехала ( спасибо огромное) . Всю ночь мне было страшно спать. Больше я такими вариантами не воспользуюсь . Хотя жаль, квартира очень понравилась .
