Nivica 56 Luxury Apartment Langebaan

Very clean and moden comfortable apartment with Netflix tv and is also loadshedding friendly! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication and also were very accommodating to our needs . The location was great, just walking distance from the restaurants and shops. It was also far enough down the road to still be quiet in the nights. I have to mention the view, it was beautiful. The images on Booking.com are very accurate! We had a fantastic stay. Whether it's with friends, family or even as a couple the place is overall amazing. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lizanne was in constant contact with me regarding the details our booking which made everything so easy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment which had two bedrooms. The property was as luxury as the name suggests. Besides the exquisite decor it had a front loader, dishwasher, state of the art kettle and toaster, a Nespresso machine which you may request to be stocked with pods at an additional charge. It had in inside-braai with all the necessities. Everything in the kitchen was clearly labelled which made check-in and check-out a breeze. Besides the fridge, it had a microwave and an oven plus a gas stove. Also had a massive TV with Netflix, Disney and Showmax with an inverter and all of the provisions for loadshedding. The attention to detail could clearly be seen in the beautifully decorated rooms. Lots of cupboard storage. A hairdryer as well which I appreciated. The unit was on a slight hill on the side of the building which meant we had a beautiful view of the ocean and club Mykonos from the balcony. Laguna Mall was in walking distance. The highlight was the personalized message of congratulations from Lizanne in celebration of our silver wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful touch.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. We were sad when we could not extend our stay due to the unit being fully booked.

Cleanliness was great.

Lift did not work at all times, and we stayed on the fourth floor.

Love the setup of the apartment, easy to move around, it's fairly big inside, Kids loved their room and that they could watch their own things on the TV. The apartment comes with an inverter which powers the TV, WiFi and the lamp so it's not to dark during loadshedding, there are portable lights as well. We loved that we can braai right in the kitchen, something very different, taking the steaks from the grill to the plate 😊. We can sit on the balcony till late at night and enjoy the views of the town. Overall we had a great time.

Kitchen and Bathrooms were excellent and view was great! Well equipped. Host was excellent she addressed all needs and concerns promptly!

Winter duvets in summer - too hot
