The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The location was very good, easy to get to places in reasonable time.

Nothing.

The place felt nice and cosy, had a fridge freezer washing machine. Easy access to gym in the next block. Staff were friendly and responsive.

If you’re in a group 3+ per room, be mindful that there’s only one key but if you speak to the staff they can help with that.

My calls weren’t answered on my way going to the property

During our stay, the lift was unfortunately out of service. While we were informed that maintenance was addressing the issue, it remained unavailable throughout our visit. Additionally, the pool facilities were not in operation, which was disappointing. I had booked this stay specifically for my mother, who suffers from arthritis in her knees, and our room was located on the second floor. The lack of lift access made it particularly challenging and uncomfortable for her to move around.
