The only good thing about the property was the view from the balcony and the staff working for the hotel the apartment is located in.

The property had beds listed that were not here. Listed 7 beds and there was only 5. The entire living room smells of vomit and was unusable and uninhabitable. Thus rendering the “sofa beds” unusable because they reeked of vomit. This listing should be taken off the booking platform because it is deceptive and false advertising items in the apartment that were not there. They require payment through Zelle in order to not be held liable to chargebacks due to disgusting/inadequate facilities. I will never set foot in a property like this again that isn’t charged directly through booking. I reached out to “shadi homes llc” which is the owner/operator of this apartment and I was told nothing could be done. They didn’t even reply to my messages until I sent multiple messages.

Biju rezervējusi vienkārši apartamentus. Bet, kad ieradāmies, uzzināju, ka apartamenti ir viesnīcas kompleksā, kas ir paša ezera krastā. Mums izsniedza aproces un bija pieejams baseins un burbuļvannas, privāta piestātne. Mazliet sarežģīts bija pats reģistrēšanās process, bet beigās visu sapratām. Personāls atsaucīgs un ļoti ātri sagādāja visu, kas trūka. Arī pārtikas produktus brokastīm. Dzīvoklis bija 13. stāvā - ar fantastisku skatu uz Atitlan ezeru no balkona.
